The Florida Association of School Safety Specialists (FS3) is dedicated to ensuring school safety across Florida. We believe that a unified approach, which includes both mental health support and effective threat management, is essential for protecting students and staff. FS3 provides resources, training and a community for School Safety Specialists to collaborate and ensure that all safety protocols, from mental health services to threat response, are successfully integrated in schools statewide.
