The Florida School Safety & Security Association (FS3) is the professional home for Florida's K-20 school safety, mental health, and threat management leaders. By bringing together school districts, colleges, universities, private and lab schools, we strengthen campus safety through collaboration, professional development, trusted resources, and the exchange of best practices. United by a shared commitment to protecting students, faculty, staff, and visitors, FS3 is building a safer and more connected future for education across Florida.

Who We Are
The Florida School Safety & Security Association (FS3) is dedicated to ensuring school safety across Florida. We believe that a unified approach, which includes both mental health support and effective threat management, is essential for protecting students and staff. FS3 provides resources, training and a community for School Safety & Security Specialists to collaborate and ensure that all safety protocols, from mental health services to threat response, are successfully integrated in schools statewide. Our collective efforts aim to create secure learning environments for all.
